Each child must register with us for photo day. This gives us permission to photograph your child individually on photo day. Please ensure this is done at least THREE DAYS PRIOR to photo day. This ensures your child's name is captured on the Photo Shoot List for the day of the booked photography session.

A $30 registration fee applies for each child. This is deducted from any prints/packages you purchase.

When you register with us, you can choose to give us consent to share your childs images on our website and socials.

If you would prefer we didn’t share your childs images, please ensure you tick the box on the registration form.

We don’t share images of your child with anyone, without your consent.

Upon registration please mention if you would like sibling photos done, and also mention any special requests for photo day (ie must wear red jacket provided).

We will provide each Centre with a poster, which has a link to our registration page, and a link to our online store where the $30 registration fee can be prepaid.

The $30 registration fee is non refundable. Unless children are sick. It acts as a credit towards your order. The credit does not roll over, it expires at the end of the year it was purchased.

Viewing Photos

Online galleries will be available approximately two (2) weeks from our last day at the Centre photographing. You will be notified by email, and possibly SMS.

Once the online galleries go live, this ordering period will last for 2 (two) weeks. After the period has finished, we will commence printing your prints/products.

You can favourite the images you love within your online private gallery. Take a note of these image numbers, and enter them against the package you purchase within our online store. We will organise your order based on the images you enter on your order.

Each family who register with us and pay their $30 registration fee, will receive a discount code to use at check out. This will deduct the $30 from any package you choose within the store.

If anyone places an order outside of this period, a postage fee will apply of $10 per order. Any orders placed after the Centre deadline order date, may also not be included with the bulk Centre delivery. To streamline our process, we do one bulk order for each Centre.

Sibling Photo's (updated 2026)

We created this package after receiving requests from parents for siblings.

The Sunshine Sibling package is also available for parents who only have one child at the centre, but may prefer the 8x10" image rather than the class photo.

As of 2026 year, Sibling photo galleries will be put into the youngest child's gallery.

If you have two or more children at the Centre, you will receive two or more galleries. These galleries cannot be split across packages. Our packages are priced to cover the photographer/s, assistant, editing and any business related cost to keep our small business sustainable.

When will I receive the digitals, physical prints or products that I’ve ordered?

Digitals - These will be available the same week the prints/printed products are delivered to your Centre. Make sure you download these within two weeks. Once you’ve received notification to download your Digital images, these will only be available for a maximum of 60 days in your online gallery.

Any future requests for digital copies of images which weren’t downloaded within the 60 days time frame, will incur an administrative archival retrieval fee, as these images will then need to be pulled from our archives. We keep images in our archives (offline) for a period of two years.

Prints/printed products - will be delivered in one bulk delivery to your Centre, and we’ll let each parent/guardian know by email (or SMS) when their delivery is at the Centre ready for pick up.

Additional Editing

Images are colour corrected, we may remove vegemite etc on their face using Photoshop, but other than that, no photoshop editing is done. If you would like additional editing done to your child's image, please send an email outlining what you would like removed or edited within the image.

We do charge $20 per image for this service. Additional editing may be removing scratches or bruises on knees, etc.

Our privacy is important to us, we only post your child's photos to our website and social media with your consent. On registering to have your child's photo taken for Photo Day, each parent/guardian will have the option to keep their child's photos private. Our Privacy Policy can be found here.

Word of mouth referrals help our small family business. For any parents who refer us for work at their centre (and we get the photography job) will receive a $50 credit toward your child's photos. If you don't use all of the $50 credit, no cash change will be given. The unused credit will not roll over to the next year.

We can only apply this offer to one referral recommendation per Centre.

Applies to Daycare Centres, Early Learning Centres, Preschools.

The $50 credit referral does not apply to Family Daycare businesses.
