Registration Fee/Deposit (1 per child)

By paying a registration fee and completing this form, you are giving Tiny Treehouse Studio permission to photograph your child. We unfortunately cannot take individual photos of your child on Photo Day at your Daycare Centre/Preschool if a registration fee hasn't been paid.

A $30 deposit per child is required.

This covers our time for the school photo session, and the $30 is deducted off any print/package you purchase.

Each child must register with us for photo day. This gives us permission to photograph your child individually on photo day. Please ensure this is done THREE DAYS PRIOR to photo day. This ensures your childs name is captured on the Photo Shoot List for the day of the booked photography session.

We want Photo Day to be fun, and to be filled with kindness and patience. Working with young children requires a gentle approach. We treat every child with care, respect, and patience—always putting their comfort first. We've designed Photo Day to be easy and stress free, especially for Centre staff.
